  31. just what the hell you're getting at. You may not believe me, but
  32. I am honestly interested in your opinions; I'm willing to let you convince
  33. me of the error of my ways (assuming that my ways are in error :-),
  34. but you'll have to do it on the basis of >explaining< your position.
  35. You know, using >reason<. Emotional flaming may be satisfying to you,
  36. but it doesn't address the problems that you (and many of us) are
  37. so concerned with.

  43. Gee, Jim, but you're insulting to almost everyone on the net,
  44. as far as I can tell. Has it ever occurred to you that maybe what's
  45. at fault is >your perception< of other people? You know, you've said all
  46. kinds of insulting things about me, based on assumptions about what I
  47. do for a living, but >you don't know< what I do for a living. Doesn't
  48. that strike you as embarrassing? (especially as your guesses missed the
  49. mark pretty badly...)

  52. intelligent and reasonable, stating and defending your position.
  53. If you can't do that much, then I can't see wasting any more of my time
